• Severability: if any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remainder continues in full force.
• No waiver: failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
• Entire terms: these Terms, together with the policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire terms governing website use. They do not vary any written engagement letter between the firm and a client, which prevails in respect of legal services.
